Winter Snowman Decor - Never...
I ordered party supplies 18 days ago, was shipped the incorrect items and then when I called to report that they had sent the wrong items they told me they had reshipped the proper items but I still haven't received them. My party is tomorrow and I don't have the supplies I ordered and paid for.
